Bulgarian for foreigners/ Български за чужденци

If you are a foreigner that has just moved to Bulgaria or you have been living here for some time and you want to be able to talk to friends, colleagues, do your shopping, read a newspaper or watch TV in Bulgarian, you have to attend a language course. Astony language centre has all you need – group, individual or semi-individual Bulgarian courses for foreigners. We will help you to develop language skills like speaking, writing, listening and reading and to communicate in Bulgarian in your everyday life. Our courses in Bulgarian for foreigners are designed for all levels according to Common European Framework – from beginners to advanced.

Our teachers are native speakers, we use the most contemporary teaching materials and resources and will help you to improve your knowledge and skills as quickly as possible.

Here are the options you can choose from:

1. Group course – consists of at least 4 students. Your course will run for 2 months. The contact language is English, but it can be French, Italian, Russian, Greek or other if you are a group of at least 4 people. You will have 2 classes per week, each class consists ot 3 training hours = 120 minutes (1 training hour is 40 minutes). Each level is divided into two parts – for example – A1 is divided into A1.1 and A1.2. Each part consists of 50 training hours.
2. Individual lessons – they are designed as one-to-one lessons. Each lesson consists of 3 training hours = 120 minutes (1 training hour is 40 minutes). You will have 2 classes per week. Individual lessons are flexible in content and schedule. The contact language can be English, French, Italian, Russian, Greek and others.
3. Semi-individual lessons – they combine all the benefits of an individual lesson and a group course. They are designed for two students. Each lesson consists of 3 training hours = 120 minutes (1 training hour is 40 minutes). You will have 2 classes per week. Semi-individual lessons are flexible in content and schedule. The contact language can be English, French, Italian, Russian, Greek and others.

       12, 24 or 36 training hours may not be sufficient to complete 1 level
